According to the RBI guidelines, any card that has not been used for more than 365 days will be automatically marked inactive.
If your account is inactive, you can reactivate it by completing the Video KYC from your Junio App. Once the VKYC is completed, kindly inform us, and your account will be reactivated within 5-7 working days.
