Is there any fee on ATM withdrawal?
Yes, a fee of Rs.25 will be charged on every ATM withdrawal transaction and a sufficient balance including the fee must be there in the card.
I wanted to withdraw Rs.1000 from my account but Rs.1025 was deducted. Why?
This is because Rs.25 is the withdrawal fee per transaction. So if you withdraw any amount Rs.25 will be deducted additionally.
My ATM withdrawal of Rs.100 failed. I had a balance of Rs.100 in my Junio account.
Rs.25 withdrawal fee applies on every withdrawal. Hence make sure you have Rs.100+Rs.25= Rs.125 balance in your Junio account. Please note, that this withdrawal fee is charged by the bank that own the ATM machine.
