What all payment modes are available to purchase the Gift Vouchers?
You can make payment by using UPI or Junio balance as a mode of payment.
What is the benefit of purchasing a gift voucher?
A gift voucher can also be used to gift someone. And, you get exclusive offers on every brand through gift cards.
Can I share my voucher with someone else?
Yes, you can share the gift card with someone. In my voucher section tap on the voucher you want to share and at the bottom, you will get an option to send it as a gift. Tap on Send it as a gift option and it will show you option to share.
Would I get a physical Gift Voucher?
No, we only deal with online instant vouchers which are there in Junio app.
Where are these Gift Vouchers accepted?
Depending on the brand you have purchased, these gift vouchers are accepted online as well as in stores. While brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc. are only accepted online, other brands like Prestige, Croma can be used both online and at a store. Please visit the brand page for the exact details.
Does a Gift voucher have an expiry date?
The validity of each Gift Voucher varies from brand to brand and can be between 2 months to 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to your voucher details in my voucher section.
Are there any terms and conditions involved?
Each brand will have its own terms & conditions. Please visit the brand page on our Junio app and click on the "Terms & Conditions" button for a detailed list of T&Cs.
I want to return/cancel a voucher I purchased.
