For VKYC, please keep the following points in mind:


  • Have your original Permanent Account Number (PAN) card ready for verification.


  • Ensure that you have a stable and reliable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the call.


  • Log in to the VKYC using a device that has a working camera and microphone.


  • Find a well-lighting area with a clear background since the call will be recorded for verification purposes.


  • Grant the necessary permissions to access your device's location, camera, and microphone. This will enable the bank official to complete the verification process smoothly.


  • Please ensure that you are not using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) during the call, as it may interfere with the verification process.


  • During the video call, a bank official will guide you through the verification procedure. This may involve providing necessary documents or answering questions.


  • Vkyc can only be initiated through the individual account or parent account, child cannot initiate the Vkyc process through their login.


  • These limits will be upgraded in 24 hours post successful completion of KYC.
