Please follow the below steps to complete your V-KYC
In the Profile section of the Junio app, you will get an option to complete your V-KYC. If an agent is available, you will be able to proceed further.
Tap on the "Increase monthly limit banner", it will show you benefits of getting VKYC and at the bottom it will show the option to pay Rs 80 as fee.
After completing the payment you will be prompted to enter the KYC holder's date of birth (DOB). Make sure to provide accurate information.
After entering the above details. Tap on the "Proceed" button and it will show the application status on this page. You need to proceed further, and a URL will be opened in your browser.
Read the instructions carefully and click on "Get Started".
Once you agree to the T&Cs, click on "Proceed"
Now, the verification process starts on this screen. Here, you need to tap on the "Start" button. Then on screen, it will ask for your Aadhaar number and a security code which will be mentioned below. Tap on the "Next" button.
On the next page, you need to enter the OTP that is delivered to your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card. As the Aadhaar verification is done through DigiLocker, you need to enter the DigiLocker security pin on the next screen and tap on the "Continue" button.
Now, you will see your Aadhaar card details. Check them & then tap on "Continue". Now, capture your PAN card image. You will see your PAN details. Verify them and tap on "Submit"
- On the next page, it will ask for your occupation details. Then, select your preferred language and tap on the "I'm Ready" button. It will then check the camera and microphone of your device, and your video with the agent will start in a few minutes.
- During the video call, a bank official will guide you through the verification procedure. This may involve providing necessary documents or answering questions.
-Once the video KYC is completed, the agent will provide you with an update. You can check the status of your VKYC in the Junio app's VKYC section. The app will display the current status of your verification process, indicating whether it has been successfully completed or if any further steps are required. Keep an eye on the VKYC section in the Junio app to stay informed about the progress of your verification.
- Vkyc can only be initiated through the individual account or parent account, child cannot initiate the Vkyc process through their login.
- These limits will be upgraded in 24 hours post successful completion of KYC.
