Refund once initiated by the Merchant takes 7 working days to get credited to the Junio Account.
If the amount still does not get credited in 7 working days, please share the screenshot of the refund initiated, we will take the necessary action and raise the same with banking partners.
Note- Saturday-Sunday and public holidays are non-working days.
