**If your POS transaction is getting failed:**

 

1. Make sure you have a sufficient balance on your card

2. Make sure you have sufficient debit limit 

3. Make sure you are entering the correct PIN

4. Make sure your Merchant as an option is enabled in the app. Refer Card Categories Section

5. Make sure your card is active. Refer Active option next to the virtual card in the app

 

 

**If your Online transaction is getting failed:**

 

1. Make sure you have a sufficient balance on your card

2. Make sure you have sufficient debit limit 

3. Make sure you are entering the correct OTP, CVV, Card number and Expiry details

4. Make sure your ECOM as an option is enabled in the app. Refer Card Categories Section

5. Make sure your card is active. Refer Active option next to the virtual card in the app
